Hatha
Hatha Flow
Pranayama & Meditation
Combining poses (asanas) with focused breathing (pranayama) the aim of this class is to be gentle to ourselves and feel our body through more static postures. The breath will guide us inside and connect the movement to our body in the present moment.
The rather static nature of this class allows more explanation, hands-on assistance and alignment of the body - perfect for beginners and those who wish to deepen their understanding of asanas.

Hatha Flow is a faster paced class using a Hatha based set of asanas and breathing techniques. The focus lies in dynamic movements, guided by our breath. The flow will create some heat and the breath keeps us connected to our body.
Warming up the body / specific muscle groups through a flow enables us to go deeper and safely explore more advanced postures .

Through pranayama and meditation we further increase our awareness of the present moment and thus train our mind towards a more calm, peaceful and relaxed state. A relaxed and clear mind has a positive effect on our emotions, stress and general physical and non-physical health.
By starting and ending my yoga classes with different pranayama and meditation techniques students can tap into this ancient practice of increased awareness.

Specialty Classes
Yoga for Climbers
Climbing and Yoga complement each other perfectly, not only physically but also mentally. We train, stretch and counterbalance muscles used while climbing and integrate different meditation techniques to help you push through on the crag. Warm-up, warm-down or rest day classes available.

AquaYoga
Experience Yoga in a different element and on a different plane of movement. With supporting the body weight this form of Yoga is gentle to the joints and the total physical system and thus perfect for students facing physical challenges, injuries and conditions. We end the classes with a floating meditation leaving you physically and mentally in a heavenly relaxation.

Zero Resistance Yoga
Free your entire body from tensions through effortless movements. We adapt postures to be effortless in order to not put stress on existing tensions and possible prevalent inflammation. We use a tension-free body as basis and slowly increase resistance to gently exercise and train our body.

Chair Yoga
Based on a zero resistance approach we free our muscles from tensions by moving effortlessly on two simple garden chairs. The use of chairs allows us to easily free muscles/joints, and to stretch and relax deeply. Experience yoga postures in a different way and leave feeling relaxed, light and free.
